Start with the status shown on the official redemption page. Code entry, address validation, payout processing and wallet credit are separate stages, so each needs a different check.
The code cannot be checked
Copy the code from the original card or use its QR link. Check for missing characters and avoid repeatedly guessing alternatives. If attempts are temporarily limited, wait before retrying.
A failed lookup is not proof that the buyer never paid. Ask the buyer to check the private order page and email delivery. Contact support privately if the original card still cannot be used.
The receiving address is rejected
Return to your wallet’s USDT TRON receiving screen and copy the complete address. Remove accidental surrounding spaces, but do not edit individual characters to make the format pass.
If using an exchange, confirm TRON deposits are currently supported and the gift meets its minimum. An address passing validation still requires your own ownership check.
The payout remains in processing
Keep the status page and allow it to refresh. Network confirmation, resources or provider availability can delay processing. Do not submit another redemption in the hope of forcing a faster payout.
If the delay persists, provide support the order reference and any displayed TXID. Never send a seed phrase. A browser timeout does not show whether a transaction has already reached the network.
Confirmed, but not visible in the wallet
Check that the destination matches and your wallet is displaying USDT on TRON. If a TXID is shown, inspect the transaction rather than relying only on the wallet’s balance refresh.
For custodial deposits, the platform may need additional internal processing. Contact that platform with the TXID and its deposit details when the chain transfer is confirmed. Do not buy another card merely to refresh a missing balance.
