1. The service and these Terms

USDT Gift Card is an independent digital gifting service available at buyusdtgiftcard.com. References to “we”, “our” or “the service” mean the service offered through this website. Questions, notices and complaints should be sent to support@buyusdtgiftcard.com. No other email address should be assumed to represent us.

The service is not Tether and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Tether. USDT is used descriptively to identify the supported token. Buying a gift card does not create an investment account, bank deposit, entitlement to interest or ownership of any business.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18, have the legal capacity to enter into a transaction and be permitted to use this type of service where you are located. If you act for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. You are responsible for checking restrictions that apply to you and for your personal reporting or tax obligations.

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful transfers, stolen funds, impersonation or interference with other users. Do not probe gift codes, bypass access controls, manipulate payment matching or submit misleading evidence. We may restrict access or review a transaction where there is a concrete security, operational or legal reason.

3. The USDT gift card

A card represents a one-time entitlement to receive its face value in USDT on TRON. Cards do not expire and are redeemed as a whole. Partial redemption, repeated redemption and automatic conversion to fiat money are not supported. Artwork and a recipient’s name personalise the gift but do not restrict who can redeem it.

The card works on a bearer basis: anyone holding its secret code or redemption link can request the payout. The code is not a wallet private key. The service never needs a recipient’s seed phrase or wallet private key to perform redemption.

4. Creating and pricing an order

The purchase form shows the available designs, face values and payment assets. The current face-value range is 10–5,000 USDT. Check the amount, design, recipient name and delivery email before paying. Use an email address you control and are entitled to use.

The invoice fixes the face value, service fee, payment asset, total and deadline for that order. A TRX invoice also fixes its conversion rate at creation; later changes do not recalculate that invoice. A small identification amount is included in the exact total but not added to the gift value. The invoice determines the payment due, rather than a pricing example in an article.

5. Paying the exact invoice

Pay in USDT TRC-20 or TRX on TRON, as selected on the invoice. Use its specified destination and complete amount, including all six decimal places. Account for wallet or exchange withdrawal fees so that the amount arriving matches the invoice. Do not combine orders or assume several partial transfers will match automatically.

Invoices normally remain payable for 30 minutes; the displayed deadline controls. A transfer must meet the service’s confirmation requirements within that window. Starting a transfer before the deadline does not guarantee timely confirmation. A payment QR for the selected supported wallet includes the destination, asset and exact invoice amount; check the network, asset and exact amount on your wallet’s final approval screen.

6. Confirmation and delivery

A payment is not complete solely because a wallet says it was sent. The service verifies the transfer and its confirmation on TRON. An eligible confirmed payment issues one gift card. The card becomes available through the private order link and is emailed to the buyer with its code and image.

Email delivery can be affected by spam filtering, an incorrect address or mailbox restrictions. Keep your private order link, check spam and use the resend option where available. Share the card or redemption link with the recipient and keep the order link private. Losing access to the purchase mailbox may require a support investigation.

7. Cancelling an unpaid invoice

An order still awaiting payment may be cancelled from its order page. Cancellation closes that invoice. It does not reverse a blockchain transfer, refund money automatically or revoke a card already issued. A paid order or one already processing cannot be cancelled as an unpaid invoice.

Only cancel if you have not sent payment. If a transfer arrives after cancellation, do not pay again to “fix” it. Contact support with the order reference and TXID. Such transfers require manual review under the Refund Policy.

8. Redemption and payout

The recipient enters the code, provides a TRON destination and confirms the address. Check that the destination can receive USDT TRC-20. A syntactically valid address can still belong to someone else or be unsuitable for an exchange deposit.

A successful redemption pays the full face value, without a service redemption fee deducted from it. We arrange the payout resources. Network conditions, liquidity or provider availability can delay the transfer. Once it is signed or submitted, do not assume its destination can be changed. A completed blockchain transfer cannot be recalled.

9. Protecting codes and private links

Treat the card image, secret code, redemption link and private order link as confidential. Do not publish them in chats, screenshots, reviews or support forums. Anyone who receives the secret may use it before the intended recipient; a name on the card is not an identity check.

If you suspect exposure, contact support promptly. We can review the card’s state but cannot promise recovery after redemption, reversal of a confirmed transfer or identification of the rightful holder from a forwarded screenshot alone. A restriction or replacement requires verification and must not create a second entitlement to the same value.

10. Payment issues and remedies

Incorrect assets, wrong networks, underpayments, overpayments, partial transfers and late payments are reviewed individually. Keep the order reference, TXID, asset, amount and sending time. We may request proportionate evidence connecting you to the order or payment, but never a wallet seed phrase or private key.

The Refund Policy explains issued cards and unresolved payments. Contact support first so we can investigate and explain the outcome. These Terms do not exclude mandatory consumer remedies, lawful complaint rights or access to courts or competent authorities.

11. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide reliable processing and redemption but do not promise uninterrupted operation or a fixed confirmation time. The Risk Disclosure explains dependencies on TRON, token contracts, wallets and service providers. New purchases may be suspended to protect existing users or resolve an incident.

You are responsible for your chosen destination, device security and third-party wallet instructions you approve. This does not remove our responsibility for our own obligations or losses for which liability cannot lawfully be limited. No provision excludes liability for fraud or other conduct where exclusion would be unlawful.

12. Updates, languages and contact

The version available when an order is created governs that purchase together with its fixed invoice details. We may update these Terms for future use and display the revision date. Updates do not retrospectively change a paid card’s value or remove an existing valid redemption entitlement.

English, Russian and Simplified Chinese versions describe the same service. If a wording difference affects your order, contact support for clarification; no language version is intended to remove mandatory protection. All contractual and support notices may be sent to support@buyusdtgiftcard.com.
