USDT Gift Card Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellation of unpaid USDT gift card orders, the position after a card is issued, and the review of payment problems. It applies with the Terms of Service and preserves remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.
Last updated:
1. Cancelling before payment
An invoice still awaiting payment can be closed using Cancel order on its private order page. Its payment instructions are then removed from that page. You may create a new order with the correct amount, design or email.
Only cancel if you have not sent the transfer. Cancellation is a website action, not a blockchain reversal. It cannot retrieve funds from TRON, cancel an exchange withdrawal or automatically refund a payment being confirmed. Do not pay an expired invoice, even if its transfer form is still open in your wallet.
2. Issued cards and change of mind
Our standard commercial policy treats an issued USDT gift card as a final sale. It is not refundable merely because the buyer changes their mind, the intended recipient changes, the artwork is no longer preferred or the card has not been redeemed. Issuance creates a bearer entitlement that can be passed on by sharing its secret.
This rule remains subject to mandatory legal rights and remedies. Publication of this policy or acceptance of an ordinary terms checkbox is not treated as a universal waiver of statutory rights. If you believe a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or other remedy applies, contact support with the order details for assessment.
3. Underpayments and partial transfers
The full amount on the invoice, including identifying decimals, must arrive in the selected asset on TRON. An exchange or wallet may deduct withdrawal fees before a transfer arrives. Check the received amount rather than only the debit displayed in your sending account.
Underpayments and several partial transfers are not automatically combined into a valid purchase. Do not send additional funds without support instructions: another transfer may remain unmatched. Review requires verification of TXIDs, assets, amounts, destinations and whether funds have already supported a card or another resolution.
4. Overpayments, duplicates and late payments
An overpayment, repeated payment, transfer confirmed after the deadline or payment to a cancelled invoice requires individual investigation. The service must establish what happened before issuing a card, assigning funds or approving a refund. A transfer initiated before expiry may still be confirmed too late.
Keep the original invoice and TXID. Reusing an old invoice, changing an amount or creating a new order does not automatically resolve the first transfer. The same funds cannot finance both a gift card and a refund, and a payment identifier cannot establish ownership without relevant order and transaction evidence.
5. Wrong token, network or address
Payments must use the invoice’s selected asset and network. A similarly named token, USDT on a different blockchain or a transfer to another destination may not be accessible to us. A successful transaction on an explorer does not establish receipt of a supported payment by this service.
Recovery is not guaranteed. A transfer to an address outside our control may be impossible to recover. If an unsupported-asset recovery is technically possible, its scope and proposed external costs must be explained before you agree to proceed. We never require your wallet private key or seed phrase as a recovery method.
6. Missing email or lost access
A missing delivery email does not itself mean a card was not issued. Check the private order page, spam folder and resend option. The order link can provide access even if an email is delayed.
An incorrect email or lost mailbox access may require additional verification before support can discuss a change. We cannot disclose a code simply because someone supplies a forwarded screenshot. Contact support without publicly posting the secret and retain evidence that connects you to the purchase.
7. Delayed or unsuccessful redemption
A payout delay is not automatically a failed redemption or a right to receive the value twice. The existing transaction must be checked before another transfer is authorised. Network confirmation, provider interruptions, resources and liquidity can affect completion time.
Keep the order and card references and avoid repeated payment attempts. Where a transfer has failed, support reviews its final on-chain state before proposing a remedy. Where it succeeded at the address you confirmed, the service cannot reverse it merely because the destination was unsuitable or the recipient later changed their mind.
8. Requesting a review
Write to support@buyusdtgiftcard.com from the purchase email where possible. Include the order reference, payment asset and network, exact amount, TXID, sending time and a clear explanation. Screenshots can help, but a verifiable transaction reference is normally needed for a blockchain payment.
We may seek reasonable evidence of control over the sending account or entitlement to the order. Avoid unrelated documents and unnecessary third-party personal information. We will explain the outcome or what further information is needed. Blockchain and external-provider investigations do not have a guaranteed completion time.
9. Approved refunds
A refund is arranged after verification and a recorded decision. Its amount, asset, destination and any applicable external transaction cost are confirmed as part of that decision, subject to mandatory law. A change in the market value of TRX or USDT does not alone entitle a customer to an exchange-rate gain.
Do not assume the blockchain source is a safe return address: exchanges may use shared wallets. Supply a compatible destination when asked and check it carefully. Approved transfers require network confirmation and become irreversible after execution. There are no automatic fiat refunds or automatic refunds to another blockchain.
10. Escalation and existing entitlements
If you disagree with a decision, reply with the order reference and specific facts that need reconsideration. Any applicable consumer-protection, complaint or court rights remain available. This policy does not authorise retaining funds without a lawful basis.
A refund, replacement or other remedy must be reconciled with existing cards and payouts so the same payment cannot be spent twice. An investigation does not itself erase a valid outstanding entitlement. The revision date identifies the current policy for new orders.
