USDT TRC-20 means USDT transferred through a token contract on the TRON network. TRON is the network; TRC-20 is its fungible-token standard. TRX is a different asset.
Asset, network and standard are different choices
The asset tells you what is being transferred. The network tells you where the transaction takes place. The token standard describes the contract interface. Seeing USDT in a wallet is not enough to determine which network will be used for a transfer.
For this service, a card is redeemed in USDT on TRON. A purchase invoice can request either USDT TRC-20 or TRX, depending on the buyer’s selection. Paying the wrong asset does not satisfy the invoice, even if the displayed number happens to match.
Check the payment screen, not a remembered amount
Each order fixes its selected payment asset, rate where applicable and exact expected amount. Copy those details from the invoice. Do not reuse an older invoice address and amount for a new order.
A payment must be confirmed within the invoice’s 30-minute window to issue a card automatically. An incorrect amount, a late payment or an ambiguous match is sent for manual review. Sending another transfer without guidance can make reconciliation harder.
Receiving and sending are separate actions
The recipient provides a compatible destination for the card payout. This service handles the outgoing transaction and does not subtract its redemption costs from the gift’s face value.
If the recipient later transfers the received USDT elsewhere, their wallet initiates a new transaction. TRON uses Bandwidth and Energy to account for transaction data and smart-contract computation. The resources or costs for that later action are separate from redeeming this gift.
A name or icon is not proof of the token
Check the token contract and network in a trusted wallet or block explorer. Token labels and icons alone are insufficient to establish what was sent. When using a custodial wallet or exchange, also check that provider’s deposit requirements.
