The TRC-20 label describes the USDT token received when this card is redeemed. The gift card itself is a private redemption credential issued by this service, not a separate token in your wallet.
A card and a token are different things
Before redemption, the gift is represented by a code and the service’s record of the unused value. You cannot look up that code as a token balance in a blockchain explorer. The recipient uses it on the service to request a payout.
After successful redemption, the recipient holds USDT on TRON at the confirmed address. The card has been used and cannot also be transferred to another person as an unused gift.
The network remains TRON
Paying for the card in TRX does not change the payout asset. This service redeems cards only in USDT TRC-20, regardless of which supported payment option the buyer used.
Select a receiving destination that explicitly supports USDT on TRON. A wallet displaying USDT on a different network does not establish compatibility. If using an exchange, check its deposit instructions before confirming.
Know what must stay private
The card code and QR provide access before redemption. Your receiving address is used to direct the payout, while a wallet private key controls assets already in the wallet. These are different credentials with different purposes.
The service never needs your wallet’s seed phrase to send USDT to your address. Keep the card code private until use, and keep wallet secrets private throughout. For a payout problem, use the order reference or TXID when contacting support.
