This FAQ covers this service’s cards. The buyer pays for the gift, the recipient redeems the full face value once on TRON, and the bearer code must remain private.

What values and payment assets are supported?

The current constructor supports preset values and custom integer amounts from 10 to 5,000 USDT. You can pay in USDT TRC-20 or native TRX. The invoice shows the exact amount, service fee, applicable TRX rate and deadline.

Does the recipient need an account or the printed name?

There is no recipient account on this service. The printed name is a personal detail, not an identity check. Anyone who obtains the valid unused code may attempt redemption, so send it privately.

Can I redeem to Ethereum or another network?

No. This service pays USDT only on TRON/TRC-20. Confirm that your destination accepts that asset and network. An address-format check does not prove ownership or exchange deposit eligibility.

Does the card expire or allow partial redemption?

Issued cards have no expiry date and are redeemed once for the full value. The purchase invoice has a separate payment deadline. You cannot split one card into multiple redemptions.

Can I return an unused card?

Issued cards are non-refundable under this service’s rules. Incorrect or late payments are reviewed manually; an operator review does not guarantee a refund. Keep the relevant TXID and order reference.

What if the email or payout is delayed?

Check spam folders and the private order page for delivery. For redemption, follow the existing status page and any TXID shown. Contact support@buyusdtgiftcard.com with a reference; do not publish the code or disclose wallet secrets. Repeating the payment or redemption is not a troubleshooting step.

Is the service operated by Tether?

No. USDT Gift Card is independent and has no affiliation or endorsement from Tether. USDT describes the asset used. A gift card is not an investment product and does not promise income.
