Copy a TRON receiving address from a wallet or account you control, then compare the full pasted address before confirming. A valid format alone cannot show that the destination is yours.
Start with the correct receiving screen
Choose USDT and TRON/TRC-20 in the destination wallet or exchange. Check that receiving is enabled and the gift value meets any deposit minimum. Do not copy an address from a stranger’s transaction history.
Confirm the address through your usual trusted app. A message that unexpectedly supplies a replacement address deserves verification through a separate established contact channel.
Check after pasting, not only before copying
Clipboard substitution can change what is pasted. Compare the complete address displayed by the redemption form with the source, including the middle characters. Checking only the first and last characters is weaker than reviewing the whole value.
The site checks the TRON checksum and rejects invalid formats. A different person’s valid address can still pass that check. Review the separate confirmation screen carefully before submitting.
Stop if anything is inconsistent
If the network, address or amount does not look right, return to the receiving instructions before proceeding. Never provide your wallet seed phrase as a way to “verify” a destination.
After submission, preserve the status and TXID if available. If you discover an error, contact support immediately, but do not assume a confirmed blockchain transfer can be recalled. A new address entered later does not amend the existing payout.
